What happens if my plane is late and I miss the shuttle?
Bethesda Shuttle will offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Are reservations required?
For travel from the local airports to Bethesda reservations are required. For travel from Bethesda to the local airports reservations are not required but strongly suggested.
Do you offer door to door service?

What if the shuttle is late and I miss my plane?
While we make every effort to get you to your destination on time, delays do happen. The D.C. area is notorious for traffic congestion. Bethesda Shuttle is not responsible for delays for any reason. It is in your best interest to allow for extra time when planning your trip.
