Terms of Service
24 hours advanced notice is required. Cancellations must be made by phone. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fare.
Excessive luggage may incur additional charges.
Traveling with Children
Bethesda Shuttle does not provide car seats. If your child is required by law to sit in a car seat you must provide and install the car seat. Bethesda Shuttle is not liable for any injuries caused by an improperly installed car seat or for any injury caused by a car seat that does not meet current federally mandated child safety seat laws.
Bethesda Shuttle is not responsible for delays for any reason. We will make our best effort to get you to your destination on time. However weather, road, and traffic conditions sometimes cause delays. It is in your best interest to allow for extra time when planning your trip.
Customers are financially responsible for any actions that result in special cleaning or damage repair. All such charges will be charged to the credit card on file.
Bethesda Shuttle reserves the right to deny service to any passenger who is intoxicated, unruly, or otherwise creating
a disturbance aboard the vehicle.
Bethesda Shuttle reserves the right to use a substitute vehicle in the event the shuttle cannot be used for reasons beyond its control.
Bethesda Shuttle is not equipped to handle wheelchair-bound passengers.
No pets are allowed except for service animals.
